About the event
One of the most well-known arrangers for piano music in all genres including jazz, Phillip Keveren, who is also a Franklin local, will share with us about teaching popular styles of music. You cannot go to a music store without seeing dozens of his books. We hope teachers will be inspired and empowered to teach contemporary and jazz arrangements and also consider inviting more students and teachers to participate in NAMTA performance auditions in these categories.
